We call our newest wheel the “304” because it’s manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. Better yet, using the capability of our newly acquired CNC lathe, we are manufacturing these wheels right here in our facility in Toronto. That means we can provide production versatility while meeting tight deadlines.
The 304 delivers an unbeatable combination of strength and cleanliness. This heavy-duty wheel has a capacity of up to 1500 lbs. and is available in 3” and 4” diameters with widths of 1-1/2” or 2” as well as in 5”, 6” and 8” diameters with a 2” width. Other sizes can also be produced in qualifying quantities. The wheels come with stainless steel precision bearings or your choice of plain bore or Delrin bearings.
With NSF approval on the way, the 304 is perfect for demanding environments where corrosion cannot
be tolerated – food processing plants, pharmaceutical operations, healthcare settings, high-tech facilities
as well as all wash-down applications.
A V-groove option is also available as a 3” or 4” x 1-1/2” as well as 5” or 6” x 2”. Manufactured with a groove that guides the wheel along a track, the 304VG is ideal for
production-line flow.
